The water pressure in the bathroom is really weak. I complain couple of times they still told me it’s everything is normal. The problem is not fixed so the water is so weak.

Lovely location, clean modern hotel - I would return!
The location, the lounge area and friendliness of staff especially the guys who helped with luggage. We also loved the live music in the lounge on Tuesday night.
Having to go to the 25th floor via the lounge to another lift to get to the lift for the rooms and the pool was in another building next door which I did not realise. We had a room for 3-4 adults but the beds were small doubles so struggled to sleep comfortably with 2 to a bed.

Great!
I must say that the hotel was better than expected. Especially Raphael from the Reception was very very kind and helpful with any question or desire we had. He is really one of the greatest and sweetest Receptionist that we ever met. So again thank you!
